As opposed to some other resorts in Colorado, Telluride is far from any major cities, which makes it an uncrowded resort with few lift lines. It has terrain for all levels as well as terrain parks. Telluride has a ski village feel but is linked to the adjacent town of Telluride via a free gondola. Various transportation options make getting around the village and town easy. The town of Telluride is a historic mountain town with shopping and dining available. Telluride is a good choice for those seeking an uncrowded full scale resort.

Ski Town At Telluride you get both the ski village and ski town. The Mountain Village is a European style alpine village with lodging, boutiques and dining. The historic town of Telluride has the same amenities in more of a Colorado mountain town setting. The two are connected by a free gondola.
Summer Telluride has much to do in the summer too. Outdoor recreation abounds in the San Juan mountains around Telluride. There is a golf course at Mountain Village. Wedding can be held at various locations. Telluride is filled with festivals in the summer. There are plenty of summer activities to enjoy in Telluride.
